Bryngwyn's Young Business Dragons Prepare for Grand Final

Bryngwyn School's 'Young Business Dragons'  team are busy preparing to pitch their business idea to a panel of  top local business figures after landing a place in the Grand Final of the Swansea Bay Young Business Dragons, an entrepreneurial business challenge organised by the Swansea Bay Partnership, to give youngsters the experience to participate and excel in the world of business.

Bryngwyn School, along with Bishop Vaughan Catholic School, Ffynone House School, Ysgol Glan-y-Mor, Cwrt Sart Community Comprehensive and Ysgol Gyfun Ystalyfera, were successful in the semi-final and will now go head-to-head in the Dragons Den style Grand Final.

This year's theme for the competition was to design a product  for the 'Festival' market.  Bryngwyn team's idea is the 'Wash Pit', which is a low-cost, fast laundry service that is delivered from a mobile truck and travels around the festival circuit ensuring that fashion-focussed festival goers keep clean and look their best!

The Grand Final will take place at Ffos Las on Friday 16 November and the winning team is set to scoop £1000 prize money and the coveted title of Swansea Bay Young Business Dragons 2012.  For more information, please click here.
